Our exciting group fitness takes in activities like Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Core, Dance and Circuit Classes. Group fitness is a great way of keeping fit. Our instructors use initiative, imagination and experience to create classes that will pump you up and keep you motivated. Classes are designed to suit all levels of fitness.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Yoga
Our yoga classes will focus on learning the basic yoga poses, which will help deepen awareness of the body and understanding of alignment principles. On top of increasing flexibility and balance, you will explore breathing and relaxation techniques which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and stress-free!

MIND BODY FUSION Enjoy a class inspired by yoga, bodyART, pilates, physiotherapy and other mind body techniques to strengthen, lengthen, relax and release

Cycle
Tonic Cycle is a fun, exhilarating cardio workout. Enjoy the many benefits of indoor cycle while having a blast in a lively atmosphere set to great motivating music. No experience necessary.

Express Cycle
For all levels of fitness to improve cardiovascular fitness and tone. In this class the instructor will set up your bike to suit your bio-mechanics. Short and sharp indoor cycling - 30 Minutes

Mat Pilates
Our instructors will lead you through a fantastic mat Pilates class with a focus on abdominal and lower back muscles whilst maintaining a neutral spine. Pilates promotes postural control, flexbility and balance.

Strength 45

NRG Max
Incorporating the use of Kettlebells, Olympic Rings, Tyres, Ropes and much more. It's Bootcamp indoors, suited to all fitness levels. Exercises are scaled to individual needs. Improves agility, co-ordination, strength endurance and the cardiovascular system.

Sculpt

Achieve your goal of a long and lean body with this challenging Pilates based class. Designed to push you towards transformation by sculpting, toning, and burning. Build strength, endurance, and shape every muscle in your body.

Body Tone
Strength based training to build powerful, lean muscles and achieve overall body tone. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Incorporates bar, free weights & body weight.

Bums Tums Guns
This is a half hour strength class focussing on Abs, butts and Thighs. Modifications to suit all ages and abilities.

Cardio Box
Grab some boxing gloves, focus pads and get punching for a hardcore total body workout.

Circuit and Express Circuit
Enhance your cardio fitness and muscle endurance. Work out at each aerobic or strength station for the time specified by your instructor.

Core Assets
A strong core plays a massive role in Injury prevention, enhanced sports performance and looks great too!
This workout focuses on core strength, stability, balance, improved posture and more!

Junior Squash
A range of games and drills to increase squash skill, speed, agility and confidence. Ages 8 - 14

Discover Squash
Squash is a great fitness program that will not only burn calories but will give you a total body workout too!
Have you always wanted to try squash but never known where to start? Tonic's Discover Squash is the perfect place to start. The program runs every Wednesday night and will teach you the basic rules and skills of the game. Our squash coach will show you all of the shots you need to learn to be on your way to playing your first match.

Tonic Tots
Fun for the little ones while you hit the gym. The tots will play games, read books and generally have an absolute ball! For ages 2 - 5.
